We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, billing/shipping address), information generated when you use Chibek (orders, browsing, device data), and information from third parties (payment processors, identity verifiers).

2. How we use information

To fulfil orders, communicate about your account, prevent fraud, personalise recommendations, and comply with Nigerian law including the NDPR.

3. Sharing

We share with logistics partners (DHL, GIG), payment processors (Paystack, Stripe), and government bodies when legally required. We never sell personal data.

4. Data retention

Order records: 7 years (tax law). Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe. Browsing logs: 90 days.

5. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection. Email privacy@chibek.ng — we respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

Essential cookies for cart and session; analytics cookies (opt-in); marketing cookies (opt-in).

7. Children

Chibek is intended for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
